Wow, this has to be a first for me, two posts within an hour, lol!
This is my second card taking inspiration from Joanne over on the PaperArtsy blog. Once again I have shamelessly copied Joanne, even keeping the same name on the card because it is my son's name and he would have loved a card like this when in his teens. Come to think of it he'd probably still like it, lol! Anyway, you can get all the how to details from Joanne's post on the PA blog and also, once again, I have had to use stamps from my own stash.
and a little close up
That's it for today folks. I might manage to have a go at Joanne's bonus project from yesterday's post this evening but if not I'll try at the weekend. I have got a post scheduled for Thursday with my final Snazzy's DT project but in actual fact I will be up in Harrogate from tomorrow night childminding this cheeky little chap for a couple of days.
my 20 month old grandson, Charlie!
Isn't he adorable but I have a feeling I will be somewhat lacking in energy when I come home Friday evening, lol!
Have a good day everyone and see you again soon.
Hugs
Lesley Xx

Terrific! A second perfect card! Hope you're not too exhausted when you return form Harrogate! Julie Ann xx
Another great take on the original Lesley. You have some great stamps even if they're not strictly Halloween. Enjoy your time with your grandson. He looks adorable and angelic - but having 4 grandsons myself -I know that probably isn't the case.

love it. I love how your son even has the same name. mine was designed with my teenage son, jamie, in mind. teenage boys are so difficult to make for so I'm always looking for new cool ideas. thanks for taking part again. I hope you will like tonight's project. I have moved a little bit away from the cas style, but it's still a quick make.
A very striking effect indeed & I can well imagine a teenage lad (ahem gentleman) loving this. Hope you don't have to do too much chasing around of little legs.
Take care
Paula (PEP)
He looks like a cheeky chappy, I'm sure you will have your hands full, but you'll get there!!
Fab card and what a co-incidence you've used the name too - lol.

Fap card Lesley and great to see you have the time to play!
Have fun with the adorable Charlie and I bet you'll need a good rest when you get back lol!
Two great spooky creations in the clean and simple style. I hope you don't return too exhausted from looking after Charlie - expect you will though!! They take some minding at that age.
Cute card. How suitable spooky with the same name thing.
Gorgeous card, and whata cutie ! harlie looks full of mischief and I am sure you will be tired but in a happy good way! Enjoy , he looks gorgeous bundle of fun xx
Thanks. Never heard of Chocolate Baroque. Will look them up. You are right, may look simple but the biggest problem for me was not getting any extra ink or fingerprints on my clean design!! Between you and me the one I posted wasn't my first attempt!! LOL
Great Lesley. It's very different from your usual style but I look the clean look very much. It's something I really struggle with, all the white paper is scary!!
Hope you have a safe trip up north, it's chilly here so wrap up. Give me a wave as you go by. One of these days we will have to meet up when you are in Harrogate. What a happy chappie Charlie is!!
Hugs Lisax
