It's JoFY time!
Happy Monday morning to everyone,
I hope you've all had a wonderful weekend and if you live in the UK, I hope you've not melted, lol! To be honest I could cheerfully have gone to north west Scotland and enjoyed their cool, wet weather ..... wonder if anyone wants to swap with me ;D. I don't do heat especially as my craftroom is/was our conservatory and has been nearly 40c until late evening and it seriously curbs my crafting time!
Anyway, enough of my English weather obsession. It's my week for the Snazzy's DT blog again! Yup, we are now half way through 2013 ....... scary, eh? This month we lucky DT members were sent some of the stamps from the latest Jo Firth-Young release for PaperArtsy and what a lot of fun these stamps are. I was really chuffed when I knew that's what we had to play with.
Here's a sneak peek of my first project for this week.
Flutter on over to the Snazzy's DT blog to see the rest of my project and leave me a little comment if you have time (comments really make my day and give so much encouragement). Hope you like what I've created.
I'll be back on Thursday with another project using these fab stamps and hope you get chance to drop by. Till then .............
Hugs
Lesley Xx

Hi Lesley, I've just came over from Snazzy's blog and your box is exquisite. Here in the West of Scotland we have a very hot day as well. Seems it's to last into next week. Hugs Rita xxx
Hello Lesley, Sorry to hear you don't enjoy the heat but never mind it doesn't happen that often LOL Your box is super, love that dragonfly and the bright flowers, great painty effects too, well worth all that effort, hugs Gay x
Great looking project Lesley, off to take a proper look now!
These stamps look like good fun so I'm off to check out the whole project. I'm with you on the ultra hot weather - feel bad complaining but the extreme heat isn't my cup of tea - I'd like at least a cooling breeze with my sunshine.
Love those Daisy stamps - and your pretty box.

oooh you lucky girl to have these fab stamps, am off to look now, Annette x
Love how you've used these stamps Lesley... your project is beautiful!

I love daisies so this was a real treat to see. I love the inside detail you created - that was what did it for me. The soft colour with the crackle effect was definitely worth all the trouble. Very hot here too - I do not do hot though I've been seeing to the garden this afternoon.
Take care of yourself in this weather.

Just left a long comment over at Snazzy's - such a brilliant make, Lesley - as I said there: I LOVE it!!
