Second May Pan Pastels project for Snazzys DT

Hello All,

Thank you for dropping in and I hope this week is treating you all kindly so far.  Today I have a sneak peek of my second project of the week for the Snazzys DT Blog where this month we are showcasing the gorgeous Pan Pastels.  I'm really having a fun time playing with this product because pastels are completely new to me so it's all very much a learning curve, lol!

I apologise for the slightly blurred pic but some of the clarity was lost when I cropped the original photo to  get my sneak peek.  I hope it doesn't put you off visiting the Snazzy DT Blog to see the whole thing and the details of what I did.  Don't forget; there's the chance to win a set of these pastels if you leave a comment over on the DT blog following the link included in my full post.

Hugs
Lesley  Xx

Gorgeous tag and I'm glad I read your methods of making it as I now have anoher way of using the pastels instead of just smudging them on with the soft tools. I'm sure they can be used loads of ways - it's just either being incredibly bright (not me) or picking it up from other crafters like yourself.

I like the look of that little bird peeking out & your combination of red & rust with the bluey greys & as for that music - hopping over to see how this was all done, avidly saving my bookshop earnings but have promised not to buy anything rashly until I've either seen these in real life or won a sample............

Another great sample Buddy, the greys and red tones contrast really well, and I love all of the little details. Your are going great guns on your learning curve with the PPs! Love the little red bird, it's so cute. Hugs Judith xx
